Overnight stay for 12-hour layoverBooked a Deluxe Family Room for 4 because we had a 12-hour layover and we needed a decent place to shower and sleep. Kind of pricey at US$200+ a night but it was kind of last minute. Rooms come with free breakfast buffet which consists mostly of rice, breads, soup, and veggies plus a while lot of beverages. The Deluxe Family Room for 4 is really spacious and has 2 king-sized beds. Clean and comfy, it's okay for an overnight stay. This hotel is less than 10 mins away from the airport by taxi. Front desk is helpful, they offered to book us a taxi for the next morning for when we need to go catch our connecting flight. There's a 7-11 that's walking distance so there's no problem with food and personal essentials. It was okay albeit expensive.

Older hotel convenient to TPE Airport and Rail Lines. My wife and I spent 1 night with an Agoda prepay. We took the noon commuter Airport MRT(US$3 each) from Taipei Main Station, arriving at Dayuan Station, and walked 700 m northeast (much shorter to cut across parking lot and bridge direct to hotel), arriving at 1:15 PM. A nice receptionist checked us in, reserved a 9 AM taxi($7) to the airport and warned us about their ongoing construction noise on 3 floors from 8 AM-6 PM. We took one of the 2 elevators up to the 7th floor. Our large carpeted/renovated #708 had 2 comfortable kings with small center night stand with drawers, closet unit with refer, hot pot, desk, stool, flat screen (CNN,HBO, Fox Sports), and fully outfitted bathroom with stall shower. We had good secure room WiFi, an insulated window with a view of the airport over the freeways and reception made necessary copies for a document. The 6 AM serviced breakfast buffet was extensive with hot soups, meats, and many other hot dishes favored the Asian taste with a few cereals, fruits and coffees to satisfy the Westerners. This hotel caters to large bus groups many of which just stop here for meals. There is a 7-11 200 m west, Family Mart a bit further, and a Big foots Italian Restaurant 500 m south. Until renovations are completed, the daytime noise is unbearable but it is quiet for sleeping at night. We need to be close to TPE for our morning flight so for us its a good value at US$71/night.

Convenient, clean and comfortable, although a bit run down.I needed a place near the airport for a one night stay. The hotel is a short taxi ride (about 5USD) away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is reasonably good. The price is certainly right. The only negative I can offer is that it’s a little rundown: worn carpet here and there and the like. For the price and convenience, this was not a serious drawback. I had no problem communicating in English.
convenient for travellers who got a very early flight to catch at Taoyuan airport.A very old hotel, not very well mantain. Nothing much to offer. Th only plus point is that it is 10mins drive to the Taoyuan airport, therefore it is suitable for travellers who has a very early flight to catch at the airport. Taxi/cab are not readily available and it is best to get the reception to assist in booking one.
Convenient to the Dayuan MRT stopThe price for the room was reasonable. The carpet was in dire need of being replaced. There were other signs of need for renovation. However, it was convenient from the airport. Just a few stops away at the Dayuan MRT stop. Then once exited from the MRT stop short walk to and over the hotels own bridge (down the steps and walk in the direction of barrier to the parking lot, walk to the end of the parking lot past all of the motos, then to the right, there will be red arrows painted on the ground through the long term parking lot (follow these in the reverse direction), then you will arrive at the rainbow colored bridge crossing over the river to the hotel.
