Good rooms but badly managedI booked a room for two nights. However, when I arrived I was told that I would have to get out of the room the next day at 12pm and change to another one because my room was already booked by someone else the second night. If they don't have a room for two nights, they shouldn't offer it as such (or at least inform about it beforehand). The next day we were called just around 12 and asked to come to the front desk and get the new keycard. However, arriving there they told us that the new room wasn't ready yet and we should wait for another 10 minutes. So we got our luggage back to the first room and waited for more than 30 minutes until we finally got the new room. Pretty much messed up the whole schedule. The rooms themselves where very spacious and nicely designed, the second one even including a fish pond. Some things didn't work anymore (music system, karaoke, also tv just limited) and it seemed a bit old, but still fine and comfortable. In the second room it was very loud in the evening because of people next door having karaoke. Obviously the room wasn't soundproof. On the second day we tried the included breakfast and can just warn you not to try. The quality was the worst I ever had in a hotel. Sour vegetables, dead-dry egg, orange juice that tasted more like detergent etc... This was just a bad joke. Besides, choices where very limited as well. Although the rooms were pretty nice (they would deserve a rating of 3-4), I probably won't stay here again due to the bad customer service and the awful breakfast. The location is pretty good, about 10 minutes walk from Zhongli train station, with a convenience store just 100 meters away and some amazing restaurants nearby.
